Well I have always had an interest in wine. From how it is processed from grapes to various vineyards around the world. About a month ago I had a thought of building either a wine blog or wine site that you can discuss various wines, reviews, etc. I know when I goto the store its whatever the coolest label is, I take it! But recently I have been trying to do a bit more background check on wine before I drop down some green.
Today, I came across this wine site that has some web 2.0 style, bottletalk Bottle Talk covers various wines from red, white, desert, etc. Please check them out and maybe next time when you are shopping for a nice bottle, you will know what to pick out.

ummmm…i was hoping that was the wine you were talking about (not the M$ emulation kind). I’ve been trying to find a good home for my recipes and would probably put them on something like edibletags.com (if it ever comes online…). I even have some perl scripts from back in the day that handle scaling the recipe based on the amount of product that you have. Two of my fav homemade wines are elderberry and dandelion (we call it ‘Sangre del Sol’). You interested in making wine or just drinking it?
