Spending the past 4 winters in Vermont teaches you a lot about cold, snow, and the climate. This morning was alright probly 2 to 4inches with maybe a 1/2 inch of sleet. I was surprised that I did go into work today and how New Yorkers (NYCers) deal with snow. They shovel the snow (Good) and leave it. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that its gonna either get plowed and come back onto the sideway, or better yet continue to sleet/snow and become a sheet of ice. SALT is an amazing thing, it loweres the freezing point of water, use it when it snows!
Anyway, I am just glad I am not in upstate NY or whatever dealing with a couple of FEET of snow. I was SHOCKED to hear that my Alumni, The University of Vermont, CANCELED AFTERNOON CLASSES!!! I guess they recived 2 feet of snow within a couple of hours, so that might have pushed it over the top.
As for this Valentines Day aka Black Wednesday, I hope your having a great time with your loved one, or someone you enjoy being with. As for myself, Ill be enjoying that later this week.
Oh, last update… My Wii elbow is all good, I think I just need a small break. I played a total of 75 games of bowling with 10 fitness games.
Enjoy the snow and your Vday

i hate winter. i hate snow. i hate ice. yesterday was the worst day ever. this morning sucked too - 10 minutes to get my car door open, 20min to warmup and scrap off the ice and it was a balmy 15F too. What are we to do when winter sets in? i hate winter.
