Since starting my company Nomad Thinking, LLC I have been using the title Geek Guru. I do not recall who came up with the title nor when it was first thought of it, but I now know that this title will be sticking with me for years to come. I know I still have a lot to learn in my quest to be a uber geek, but the fact remains that recently I have been getting link backs to John Murch the Geek Guru from various blogs. These link backs have not only increased my ranking on google, but also on technorati.
So today I googled used the Google Search Engine and typed Geek Guru and clicked I’m feeling lucky. The tubes brought me to my own domain John Murch the Geek Guru to my own surprised. I am not sure if this would be called Google Bombing, but hey its just 1 conversation starter.

Got a question about some LCD tv’s I’ve been looking at for the fall. Apparently little old Bethany, WV is going to have it’s Comcast cable services upgraded. And yes, I live somewhere that is still without ON-demand or HD services.
