Okay, so a few of you think I am obsessed with this idea of passive income, well maybe your right. I feel that at this point in my life if I can hit this mark and get out of the rate race now, then in the next few years I can really focus on building a big business.

Okay, so if you think you know all or something, maybe you should create a blog (if you don’t already have one). Everyone has some knowledge, well you can harness it in a form of a blog and make money from various ads (Adsense, Text Links Ads, your own). I posted about the idea of a easy startup selling ebooks in the past and plan (building) an entire site dedicated to it. Check out some tips on getting your blog to work.

Need help figuring out where your money is going? Check out wesabe, their software is pretty slick and very useful. I also know they ask for some “personal info” to help with pulling the data, but if you are super parinode, just pull the data yourself from your online banking and upload it, so this way their is not direct connection. Also check out mint.
