One place to register all of your complaints ... Thoughts: - tie the complaint to the stock market symbol ... and then mashup the current stock price / market capitalization versus the complaints. (Wager ... the more complaints, the higher the stock price :) ) - build a discount system ... everybody complains about the weather, but nobody does anything about it - turn the complaints into an improvement system ... instead of encouraging people to gripe about something, encourage them to suggest postive actions that the complaintee can do something about ... how to improve product, how to improve service, etc. Interesting idea. Thoughts:
